QC Profile

Description of our Company's Quality Control (QC) system :

 

一. Quality is the lifeline of an enterprise and the core competitiveness for it to stand firm in the market. To fully implement the quality policy of "quality first, customer foremost", and ensure that products and services meet customer needs and legal and regulatory requirements, the company has established a quality control (QC) system covering the entire process and all links. Through standardized management, refined operation and continuous improvement, the quality goals are made controllable, traceable and upgradable .

 

  • Quality control objective
  • Customer satisfaction: The qualification rate of delivered products/services is no less than 90%, the customer complaint rate is no more than 5%, and there are no major quality issues.
  • Compliance to standard: accord with national/industry standard and customer special requirements;
  • Process stability: the key working procedure present the qualified rate of 95% or more at a time, the quality fluctuation control in a reasonable range;
  • Continuous improvement: the annual quality cost (rework, customer complaint, etc.) is reduced from the previous year, promote quality level has risen steadily .

  • Decision-making level: Quality strategy and goals​

 

Establish a quality Management Committee (led by the general manager and with the participation of department heads), which is responsible for formulating the quality policy, reviewing quality objectives, and approving major quality improvement plans. Regular quality analysis (monthly/quarterly), to evaluate quality performance, solve systemic problems.

 

2. Execution layer: Full-process quality control

 

On supplier purchasing stage: hierarchical management (A/B/C), strict audit qualification, each batch of raw material need to the incoming inspection of nonconforming firmly rejected;

 

Production/service period: the key process to set up quality control points, such as at the end of the first article inspection, inspection, product inspection), hold relevant certificates and strictly implement SOP (standard operating procedure);

 

After delivery stage: to establish a customer feedback mechanism of quick response (complaints) within 24 hours, after visit, satisfaction surveys to collect quality information, rapid improvement.

 

Supervisory layer: Independent quality inspection and traceability​

 

Establish an independent quality inspection department that reports directly to the Quality Management Committee, responsible for quality inspection throughout the entire process, determination of non-conforming products, and tracking of rectification;
