Pure Dried Vacuum (PDV) salt is a high-purity more than 99% (NaCl) food-grade or industrial-grade salt produced by evaporating brine in vacuum vessels. It is characterized by fine, white, consistent grains that dissolve rapidly. It is widely used in food production, water softening, pharmaceutical processes, and as a treatment for aquaculture.

Production & Quality:

It is produced by purifying brine and crystallizing it under vacuum, which removes moisture and impurities, resulting in a very high purity level.
Food Grade Application:

Due to its purity, it is excellent for food processing, including seasoning, curing fish/meat, and producing sauces or bakery items.
