The raw material is sodium nitrate naturally frozen from salt fields. Crushed soil nitrate is added to the nitrate dissolving tank and dissolved with steam. When the temperature reaches 70℃, it is pumped into the sedimentation tank for heat preservation and clarification.

The clear liquid is concentrated through a double-effect vacuum evaporator. The concentrated liquid with crystals is separated by centrifugation and then air-dried to obtain the finished product.
